Stayed Aug 29, 2024We contacted them on arrival to let them know their property was not cleaned. It made me worry that the bedding among other things had not been changed. There was no extra linen or towels. We told them that it looked like someone got sick in the bathroom but they replied that the toilet seal was changed and that the plumbers were supposed to clean up. This was not the case as I had been the one to clean the bathroom due to worrying someone possibly had the flu and we didn’t want to catch anything as a result. There was also clumps of hair in the shower and also on the floor. Again, we stated that the rental was not maintained before our arrival.
