Stayed Aug 30, 2025They cancelled on us without telling me. We weee driving to the UK from Spain and this was an overnight stay for our family that included 4 children (eldest 5). I said to them that we may arrive late depending on traffic, the property rep told me to meet them at 4pm or 5pm, I said we would try but traffic dependent we may be later. I asked them to leave a key in a secure place and we could set ourselves up (this is totally normal in our experience). At 3pm I communicated to say traffic was bad (with Google maps screen shot), we would be late but to go ahead and leave a key out. I chased twice more (on stops driving up through France). At 6.17pm they told me they had cancelled. I then had to arrange alternative accommodation for our family. Not an easy task and out of pocket money wise until the refund arrived a day later.We are now home and I am still baffled and quite angry about this. I’ve never left a bad review before on any site but feel I simply have to share this.

Stayed Aug 19, 2025This apartment was absolutely fine for our one night stop- over in Orleans. Communication with the property manager was good and he was there to meet us with the key and show us where to park and around the property at 7pm as arranged. The property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we needed.
