A natural swimming access to Plauer See is located in the immediate vicinity (about 30 m).

The house is located in a traffic-calmed resort, which is not freely passable. This guarantees peace andquiet for all.
Each residential unit has its own parking space, which is located on an area on the western edge of the complex (about 100 meters away). For the transport of luggage and shopping we provide our guests with handcart.
