Located just a stone's throw away from Whipsiddery and Porth Beach, 2 Watergate View is perfectly located for a quiet coastal getaway. This apartment is only a 5 minute drive from Newquay town centre and only a few minutes walk to the family friendly Porth beach. 2 Bedrooms Sleeps 4 Private Enclosed Garden Wifi Linen & Towels included Allocated Parking Space Ground floor Walking distance to the beachThis beautifully modern apartment has a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and stylish kitchen. The lounge area leads out through the patio doors into the private enclosed garden area. The brand new, fully equipped kitchen has all of the luxury features you may need including a full sized fridge freezer, dishwasher and even a wine cooler.

The large spacious hallway leads to the large family bathroom with shower over bath. And also, the added bonus of a utility room which houses a washer dryer.

The master bedroom has a double sized bed with a large built in mirrored wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom has the option of being two single beds or a king (please advise on your preferences upon booking).

2 Watergate View has one allocated parking space, wifi and is perfect for families and couples aged 25 plus. We are unable to accept dogs, For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.

    Lovely experience. Stayed 3 nights in this spacious, bright and modern, well-appointed apartment with bags of room for four in two doubles. So I had acres of space as I was on my own this time. Located super conveniently between Porth and Watergate. Would definitely stay again.

    Porth has all the advantages of being located on the north Cornish coast (access to the beaches, the coastal footpath, sunshine and amazing scenery) without the disadvantages experienced by Newquay (too many people, too crowded). Easy access to the sea and the coastal path - just cross the road and down the steps or walk the cliff top. Flat well set out. The local fish & chips (eaten on Porth beach watching the sun set, litter very much taken home!), and local Cornish pasties and Roskilly's Cornish ice-cream (eaten on a coastal path hike) a defo for any Cornish holiday!
