Hot nights we use the fans, which is only a few, the breeze is lovely. View is so stunning and relaxing. Pool is great. Great place to make friends if you want too.

It needs more cutlery and crockery for its size. Noisy rattles when windy and in need of TLC for a tired older property.

I would suggest a cordless vac to be able give the tiled areas a quick going over seeing we were there for a long period but overall, we're satisfied with our stay. Thanks

Perfect location viewing the river and the ocean with a cup of coffee in the morning, and of course the sunset! There's a cafe just in front of the apartments. Feeding the pelicans was just at the front we didn't see the pelicans though. The apartment is very close to the park and shops. Just wish they told us more information about restaurants as we were planning one night to buy dinner, ended up running around to only find a kebab shop FORTUNATELY! We didn't know what to expect in Kalbarri so I hope they'd give more information to the guests. We were disappointed that the pool was empty, it wasn't available due to the damage caused by the storm months ago. Kids were looking forward to it. The bunk beds we were hoping had rails 'coz we have young kids. The house was nice and clean when we arrived except for kitchen utensils that we had to clean before using them. We had to clean the diswasher too as it was filthy. There were bubble gums stuck in the bunk beds. The tv downstairs wasn't working but the lady came to check after. The flyscreen doors upstairs were broken, couldn't shut properly nor locked so we had to shut the glass doors so kids can't hang around in the balcony when we're not watching, NOT safe at all. We would love to feel the breeze inside though. The curtains needed fixing as well. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We had a great time and we'll definitely come back again when kids are bigger.

Unfortunately the general maintenance of the property is almost non existent with windows not working properly or flyscreens missing or not working either. The paintwork on the walls is chipped and stained and in need of a refresh. Patio furniture is ancient and likely to break at anytime. Overall the property could be great but needs some serious TLC.

The problem was that we were there in 45/46 degree heat and the downstairs area isn't Air conditioned which was a real shame, even Air Con upstairs battled in that heat. Pedestal fans didn't cut it as they were all on short leads so really unable to put where they needed to be to have the most benefit. Thank goodness we had the Pool. The unit is well equipped for a thoroughly enjoyable stay we just won't go back this time of year again.
