Stayed Jan 3, 2025Joe and Gina were awesome hosts. Warm and welcoming and full of useful recommendations and suggestions. They are one a beautiful lake/wetland area which is teaming with wildlife. We very much enjoyed our kayak excursion on the lake even though it was cold by Florida standards. Highly recommend and we definitely hope to come back and stay there again.

Stayed Feb 24, 2023Joe and Gina were excellent hosts for my 7 night stay at their newly remodeled rental property. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had a nice shower and a separate tub. Towels were thick and toiletries were provided. Kitchen area was well stocked with coffee pods for the Keurig and Gina had a bowl of fruit on the counter for me, including some fresh oranges from their tree! What a treat! The property is located just steps away from Lake Rouseau and about 5 houses from a public boat launching area. It has a screened in porch for relaxing with a cup of tea and a good book. And its own wooden deck right next to the water. Plenty of birds seemed to be in the area providing entertainment to listen to and watch. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean and quiet place with a nice view of water and the sounds of nature.
