**PLEASE NOTE: We have one reserved parking space available to offer for $20/night. Please let us know in advance if you would like to avail of the parking space so we can make sure of availability and transact.



** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
