Stayed May 23, 2024My brother and I stayed at Villa La Joya for three nights and enjoyed the entire time. The hosts bent over backwards to make us comfortable and even took the time to discuss life in Barra de Navidad and surrounding areas. The villa is beautifully appointed with lots of space for the two of us. The location was excellent, situated on a canal, but still close to the ocean. The pool was a nice amenity but a bit slippery getting in and out. The shower worked particularly well. I enjoyed meeting our hosts and their two rescue dogs. I would definitely recommend Villa la Joya - excellent value for the money. Thanks, Roland and Veronique for a very pleasant stay.
