Stayed Mar 15, 2024The rental could be nice with a little TLC and a cleaning company that actually did anything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The size was great for a group or large family. Unfortunately the kitchen was absolutely filthy. I cleaned for the first hour and a half we arrived. Everything we used needed to be washed. It appeared someone used to eat a spaghetti dinner and directly put it back in the cabinet after use prior to cleaning. The refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven all dirty. If you want to cook print your own pans. Old food left laying on the couch. I did receive a message after we arrived, asking if we had any concerns, I did let them know about how dirty it was and they offered to send a local representative from the company over, requesting to come in even if we were not there. We declined at that time since I had already spent my time cleaning.

Stayed Dec 29, 2022Overall we had a good stay. Upon arrival there was a Musty smell but after spraying and airing out it cleared. After close review of furniture living room chairs had sunken arms on them, master bedroom mattress was sunken in and second Master bed the mattress did not properly fit the frame which left a large gapping for bed. Now, those floors appeared to be cleaned but after my daughter walked in then in her socks they were black. We had to keep shoes on the entire time. I didn’t even want my house slippers to touch those floors. If these items are fixed it would definitely be a great place to stay again. Great view of the bay and that sunset was absolutely gorgeous.

Stayed Mar 31, 2021If everything worked, this would have been a great place. One of the 3 showers didn’t work and the garbage disposal needed work before it would function. Other than that it was good. Good location, nice decor, plenty of space for 9.

Stayed Jul 26, 2020This charming space had plenty of room for our two families. We loved the midtown location, you can view the docks of the bayside from the deck, and the beach side is only a short walk away. Beds were decent. The space is recently renovated and has cute beach decor. We had a great time!

Stayed Jul 5, 2020The house was perfect for myself and our group of friends! Each couple had their own room and bathroom which made things super easy! It’s a close walk to the beach. We loved her BJ’s right next door so we had an easy dinner on the nights we didn’t want to venture out!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great home on the bay. Location is awesome. There is a restaurant steps away and the beach is a 5 min walk. Plenty of space for a big group of people.
