Water front Lake of the Ozarks Studio Apartment

She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Such a cozy cabin, located close to great restaurants, and she even encouraged my grandson and I to fish off her dock. We ended the trip with a fish fry. She went out of her way to make sure all utensils, pots, plans, plates and everything we could possibly need. We highly recommend, and can’t wait to visit again soon, thank you!!!

Kathy sis a great job putting this place together and decorating it very nicely. It was a clean and well kept apartment. We had a great stay and will like to stay there again in the future. Even thou the internet was not working it actually helped us relaxe that much more and really enjoy the place that much more Thanks Kathy

Owners are very friendly and the dock is not to far away from the house , just down the street and the neighbors we ran into were all very nice!

Good place for fishermen. All we needed while we were there.

The garage apartment was cozy, but plenty of room for my husband and me. The full kitchen was perfect. The private dock was amazing and we caught several catfish. We were close to the nice town of Warsaw, but felt like we were in a private oasis.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The unit was decorated very cute and the kitchen was well stocked. We went down to the dock to fish. It is beautiful and very peaceful. The owner was very nice and invited us to use the grill on her deck. I highly recommend this rental.

This is the second time staying here. Very close to everything in Warsaw. We were in town for a funeral and this is a very peaceful place. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

My girlfriend and I needed to stay in town and this was the perfect place to stay! I’m already excited for when we come back next time!

Super Cozy and cute place. Kathy was just as sweet as could be. There were a few things that I was expecting as they were in the AD but were not there as described, but overall great little place and very relaxing.

Fish didn't bite for me, but other than that it was a great stay for a needed rest.

We stayed here last year and really enjoyed it so we returned for another visit this year. The place is a nice clean and spacious studio. Kathy is very nice and makes everything easy. Nice quiet spot for fishing and only five minutes from Warsaw. I’m sure we will be back.

It's a fantastic little place to stay great for a weekend or anytime. Kathy is great. All around experience is fantastic we will definitely stay again and again.
