    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very good, all that we expected to make our stay comfortable and relaxing, although we were not told there would be stairs at the property.One thing I would recommend that you provide an update on your check in procedures. We were not provided with any details about checking in from the rear of the property, the remote to the property would not work ( we had to call the manager), and we had no idea what all the keys were for- we think we only needed 3 keys ( once we had worked them out) and also it would be good to be told the size of the garage - a four wheel drive would not fit. My car only just fitted, but had to be parked very carefully over one side to allow you to get out of the car. The agent was very pleasant but I think could have paid more attention to detail.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in this unit for the past 10 years during February. Spacious, very clean, mid-level, comfortable unit with modern kitchen, fans in all 3 bedrooms and large balcony with bbq facilities. Having a second toilet is an advantage, especially as there is room for 6 people to stay. Within walking distance to the main beach and shops. Our car was kept secure in the lockup garage. Long living area needs more fans as single dirty, rusty one provided is not sufficient. Several flights of stairs could prove difficult for someone with mobility issues. Always been happy to stay here, though the tariff rose surprisingly from $140 to $200 per night for this time of year. The second set of keys provided did not open the unit, causing some inconvenience at the start. Please clarify in future whether linen is included, as our booking confirmation said that it was not, yet in fact it was provided when we arrived with our own. Overall, another enjoyable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in Wallis Court 7 in early Feb for about 10 years. Have always been happy to stay in this large, conveniently- located unit out of high season. Walking distance to main beach & shops. Have over 60 years of family residential & holiday connections to Forster. Main bedroom is spacious while other 2 bedrooms are much smaller but 2 toilets are handy especially when grandchildren are with us. Had key and garage remote issues on arrival this year, including needing a second set of keys, but Wiseberry tried hard to solve our problem quickly. B-B-Q provides another option for meals. Kitchen always has abundant supply of plates, cutlery etc. and is clean and modern. The bathroom is also modern & generally clean, though the shower can leak onto the floor a little. Overall, another great stay. Thanks to the owner for the opportunity to stay here again.
