I am sorry to say that it is not the best experience for accommodation in Japan. For the location, it is fairly ok, but the area is quite quiet after daytime. For the flat, no lift should be noted, while the flat is at the 4th floor. For the hygiene, the floor is dirty especially for the carpet. I only stayed in the flat for one night and left in the next morning for a better accommodation for my family.
