Walkable, Sunny West Asheville Studio

Great little studio! I really enjoyed my stay

The location is absolutely perfect for enjoying and walking around West Asheville, which is my favorite part of Asheville. The studio is clean, bright, and cozy. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend! And we will be back. Thx!!

The location was perfect with a ton of cafes and restaurants so nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and we would 100% stay here again.

The immediate response when the heating unit didn't come on. It was a very cold day and the unit was off, so it took a long time to come on.El showed up with space heaters and made sure the unit was running before she left.

Nice sized studio, clean and tidy. Couch is hard as a brick! Bed was comfortable. All towels and linens were available. Met all my needs. Host left instructions via email and we had no issues the 4 days we stayed. Several places walkable however neighborhood seems a little sketchy.

It was fine. Neighborhood was quiet, and offstreet parking helped. In general that part of town is sketchy within 2 blocks, but the neighborhood was quiet and fine

This space was perfect and in a great location to walk through West Asheville. The recommendations from the host for restaurants, coffee shops, etc. were spot on. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back!

Perfect place for what we needed for the weekend, great location, and great place!

The apartment is in a very nice location and is very spacious. Had some issues checking in but they were quickly resolved. There was also an issue of the cleaner not showing up before our stay, but she promptly came and cleaned, and the host offered a refund for the first night of our stay. Overall a great experience in a beautiful city.

Clean appartment, easy to find, perfect for our little trip

It was lovely! Great location in West Asheville and handy parking. The size was perfect for a weekend trip with my best pal. The host was responsive and kind.

Great stay! Hosts were responsive and helpful, apartment was tidy and close to all the goodness of western Asheville. Check in was exceptionally easy, and the space had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Bear Creek was clean, comfy, well appointed and in an excellent location — only a few minutes walk from the diverse dining, shopping and drink options of West Asheville and a short drive to downtown. Located on a quiet neighborhood street, the studio had everything you needed including ample closet space and a small kitchen equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Management was also very friendly and responsive.

It was very nice, cool, and quiet. Great location and within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

Drive was easy to Biltmore. Apartment temperature was comfortable. Bed was not comfortable. Shower was good Area where house was located was within walking distance of an artsy area with plenty of tattoo shops.

We had a wonderful stay! Lovely studio that is well appointed. I am hard to please when it comes to cleanliness, but this rental met my high expectations. Comfy bed, delicious complimentary coffee, hot shower, and great location. Thanks for the stay! We loved it here!

The studio is just as pictured with pleasant IKEA type furnishings. The sofa was a little hard & the mattress a little soft, but overall good accommodations in a “ funky” part of town.As described, we were within easy walking distance to several bars, bookshops, tattoo parlors, restaurants, etc. We especially enjoyed Character Study bar & Nine Mile Jamaican restaurant. Also, New Belgium Brewery is on this side of the river.

Great little spot to rest in between Asheville adventures. Had no idea how much fun stuff is in West Asheville. We loved exploring the neighborhood - perfect location for that. Our hosts were super accommodating with our schedule on our last day too, which helped a lot.

Easy in and out, close to places we were interested in going to.

Worked out perfectly for two nights. Nice little extras in the kitchen. Convenient location and easily accessible to many fun things. Hosts we're vey friendly!

This was such a great place to stay. My fiancée and I were in Asheville for our anniversary trip, and this was exactly what we had in mind. The check-in process went a little awry (there was an issue with the keypad when we got there) but the host was very quick to respond and find a solution. The stay was perfect. 10/10

This was a nice, quiet little unit wnd since I was primarily going to a variety of different places every day it was very comfortable place to stay.

Perfect spot to recharge after a conference, right close to great people and shops in West Asheville, easily walkable, clean and well appointed.

The studio was perfectly adequate (to repeat another reviewer) and cute, but showing a little wear and tear. It totally met our needs, however. It was quiet and peaceful and we found the location to be very convenient. We appreciated the off-site parking and friendly host who was a good communicator. We would recommend this studio for a stay is Asheville!

I had a great stay here. The off-street parking is convenient, and the apartment has a private entrance. There’s plenty of space for a short stay, and the bed is excellent for a good rest. The neighborhood is great and located near numerous restaurants and breweries.

Space was clean and as described. Adequate in every way, just don't expect luxury. Couch & chair were not very comfortable for sitting very long. Neighborhood was just a bit sketchy but we had no issues. Communication with the host was great.

We had a great stay. Very clean and well appointed studio apartment with a nice vibe. Still non potable water due to Helene, but bottled water was provided. Great shower and comfortable bed. We did not use the kitchen except for coffee because we wanted to give local restaurants some business We walked to a great breakfast spot Sunny Point Cafe and got there shortly after they opened. We didn’t have to wait, but it filled up quickly. We had dinner at another walkable restaurant 9Mile that had great Caribbean food and cocktails. We visited the Biltmore for Christmas lights which were spectacular. We had Sunday brunch at Stoney Knob Cafe in Weaverville and dinner at Curate in Ashville. Both were outstanding. We visited the River Arts District that was having a soft opening after being destroyed by the hurricane and found some cool Christmas presents. We took a trip to visit Sierra Nevada that was definitely worth it and they had a great band playing in the taproom. They just released “Celebration” on tap which is one of our favorites We also stopped at Burial Beer Forestry Camp and had delicious beer there too. Try their crispy potatoes. The morning we left we stopped at The Moose Cafe and had a huge breakfast. So many biscuits! We had a great long weekend and would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a quiet location close to great shops and restaurants. The bed was cozy & comfortable and also had off-street parking. I very much enjoyed my stay!

Overall accommodations were great, roomier than expected, loved the backyard chickens and the proximity to some cool businesses in West Asheville! We had the unfortunate luck that Hurricane Helene came through and we had to relocate, but the host was very responsive and accommodating to our situation. We would love to come back and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to walk everywhere, we wanted to go! We definitely recommand staying here for your trip to Asheville. It was convenient to our visit to Biltmore as well.
