Stayed Dec 6, 2025I wish I could give 6 stars! The property is exactly as described, and after an extended stay (over 6 weeks), I can confidently say that the host was one of the best I have ever worked with. I booked at this location because it was close to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. The location also placed me close to everything in Nashville. The apartment was clean and well-maintained during my stay. No disappointment here! 6 Stars!!

Stayed Oct 15, 2025Great location nearby Broadway with onsite parking and a lovely little private patio. There is a step when entering/exiting the bedroom that can be extremely dangerous even when using precaution. The bedroom light will not turn on without ceiling fan running because the pull cord is missing from the fan. The couch leans forward and is not conducive for sitting on so there is nowhere to sit and watch TV, if you can figure out how to work the TV because there are no written instructions. The kitchen is very small and minimally equipped and does not have a toaster; and does not have an exhaust fan and/or access to opening the window. The hosts are aware that the dishwasher does not work; however, there is no note to advise you of same. There are no kitchen dish cloths, towels or dish rack provided to hand wash dirty dishes. There is minimal bed linen so if you plan on using the pull-out couch bring your own comforter. There are insufficient bath towels and wash clothes; for example, we had a party of 4 adults and were provided 3 of each for a 4 night stay. Due to the overall lack of linen, we had to go to Walmart and purchase our own. After a couple days, their cleaning lady did drop off an additional one bath and one hand towel. You cannot lock the door from the inside because the sliding lock has been installed crooked. This is a converted basement and we had one night when people upstairs were partying and stomping around until 3:00AM.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024This unit has a step between living room and kitchen/den and another different-sized one at the entrance to the bedroom, which are challenging to a guest with arthritis or who tends to forget those details during the night. I found using a cane in the apartment very helpful. The entrance involves several uneven steps as well. The kitchen is smaller than the picture suggests. Many of the utensils did not appear to be completely clean; silverware was scant and stored in a closet without a latch rather than a secure drawer. There were two bottles of olive oil, both of which smelled rancid. The salt shaker was caked up. The switch for the kitchen disposal was not apparent, and the kitchen sink became clogged with food debris. Admittedly the grout in the terracotta tile flooring and bathroom sink counter is hard to clean, but the tiles could have been cleaned better. There was dirt buildup at the base of the dishwasher and the bathroom sink. The dining-table chairs were uncushioned metal. A small porch was hard to notice and not well maintained. A warm duvet was not provided, but rather a number of twin-sized thin blankets/throws. I ended up leaving a day early on a 4-day stay.

Stayed May 1, 2024The apartment is located in close proximity to everything you want to do in Nashville. The landlord is easily accessible. The little cottage style apartment was very neat and comfortable. One bedroom with a very comfortable pullout sofa. We had a girls trip and it for our needs perfectly! We all agree that we would definitely stay there again!
