Stayed Jun 21, 2025As Ft Lauderdale residents we tried a 1 night Staycation. Booked the room the night before. We got there early and were able to use the facilities. The pool was crowded and not enough space for the amount of chairs needed for all the guests. Checkin was frustrating as there was a lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE FREINDLINESS. As i am not bilingual there was a comment by the front desk in Spanish that did not make my wife happy(she is fluent in spanish). Valet was freindly and on Point..Pool staff was freindly and worked hard to help the guestsRoom was cleanBed was a tough sleèp for us (different people all slèep differently)Only 2 pillows on the bedSofabed to sit on was like a rock and not comfortable. Balcony had amazing veiws as advertised1 cafe in the lobby staffed by 1 young lady she was great and did the best she could by herselfFood taste was hit and miss (more misses) for us.Beach shuttle did drop us at the beach but it was a long walk to the beach amenities through the hot sand and we turned backAll and all we got what we wanted,a night away from home. On a scale of 1-5 .. We would have to rate it a 3Food ,Beach, Not enough pool chairs and Checkin staff comments do not get it a 5. I am aVRBO home renter and this was my first apartment rental. I will go to a home the next time but a 3 out of 5 is a good honest opinion.
