Positive: prompt response from host; easy check in, The bus stop is literally right across the complex, 7-11 store ( you will need to buy more soap if you didn’t bring your own) and good ramen noodle restaurant are 5 minutes walk from the complex.Negative: a previous review was about the paper thin wall and limited soap supply in the bathroom. I am confirming their feedback. The wall is extremely thin that I could hear every single word spoken next door. I was tired at night but unable to sleep, I heard very heavy footsteps then shoes with heels, up and down the stairs, and on the floor from people to our left for more than 30 minutes, then loud voices talking at 2 in the morning, not just a few minutes, for one hour, then the woman tripped on the stairs, then the voice of a man saying “ I’m sorry, let me do it for you…” I knew exactly what was going on and every single word said next door. The next night, at 1 AM, people to our right started the washer,. Needless to say, I thought I was about to scream. Both nights, as I was laying awake due to the extreme frustration by the noise from the neighbors, I had to text the host. Fortunately, the neighbor stopped the washer and did not proceed with the dryer. The street noise was another issue, as the complex was very closed to the street. There was actually one small soap bar for the bathroom. Mounting 3 containers for shampoo, conditioner and body soap would be a great improvement.

Very convenient location that is a straight to the main downtown. There is a bus that is right outside the door so we used it to get to and from restaurants. Close driving distance to Woodward for snow play. It was a clean and comfortable stay that accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The dryer was useful to dry wet clothes from the snow. Parking right outside the door. Overall the stay made our trip really convenient, easy, and enjoyable.

Place was all good. Clean, beds were comfy, everything worked well, location was perfect to mountain, neighbors were quiet. Only gaps were limited toiletries, we had to buy toilet paper, and the pots and pans could use an upgrade. Those were minor in the overall scheme but the reasons for not am excellent rating.

For the price, very convenient for a ski weekend. 20 minute (slightly uphill) walk to downtown Park City (bars, restaurants, shops). Parking right outside the door made getting in and out easy. No ski storage in the apartment, though, which caused us to have our gear everywhere in the living room. Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen/bathrooms were nicely updated. Kitchen is in need of more pans--we had to make scrambled eggs in a wok, and bacon in the oven. Next time I'll book a place that has a hot tub for post skiing. Overall, this place was priced reasonably and we enjoyed ourselves.
