Stayed Aug 22, 2025Overall, the location is AMAZING! Great neighbors. The kitchen and living areas were spacious. Air conditioners on each floor. Ice was in trays and frozen - added bonus! Beautiful front porch and chairs to sit and watch all the beach goers. Beds were comfortable.We did need help from a neighbor upon arrival to get the lock box open - minimal directions.There were NO sheets for the spare beds. I contacted the owner/manager and he stated that they were under the mattress. What we found was the inserts for duvets, but no sheets. We did find over 10 pillowcases. There were only 2 beach towels and two bath towels, we were 4 adults! Upon arrival, the fridge was not clean. The floors were not so clean as well! Minimal amenities. As small as the sink was in the back bathroom, it still needs a mirror. Possibly suggest to place another mirror on the wall outside the bathroom. Overall, NOT horrible, just needs proper cleaning and amenities.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025Location was perfect. Sleeping arrangements were good. Main bedroom didn't have an air conditioning. Only ceiling fan. On a hot day it was uncomfortable. Otherwise very pleasant stay and the ocean was amazing

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Sent the weekend, property contact was awesome. House was clean, everything you needed was there. Location to beach and main areas great, everything walking distance. Cute little town. If you’re looking for a quiet beach vacation close to everything this is the place to be.
