Welcome to our modern 1-bedroom condo in downtown Indianapolis! Enjoy a full kitchen, cozy living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a sound machine in the bedroom. Walk to restaurants, bars, and top attractions.

Note: Heating system is louder than average—earplugs recommended if you're sensitive to noise.

**Music may be heard from the cocktail lounge below (Sun–Thu 5pm–12am, Fri–Sat 5pm–1am; hours vary).

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

● Signing of rental agreement

● ID and selfie uploads

Public Transit: Red Line and Indy Go Bus Systems covering key destinations at affordable fares.

Biking: Rent bikes through the Indiana Pacers Bikeshare Program.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing: Utilize Uber, Lyft, or traditional taxis for travel in Indy and nearby areas.

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

-10% off for stays 7+ nights

-20% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.

***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.

    Great property, especially for the price point safe neighborhood close to everything super awesome be aware the unit I stayed in was second floor and there is no elevator. The stairwells are very wide and easy to use, but this would be a difficult spot for anyone with disabilities.

    The property is advertised to sleep four with one bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. The pull out couch in the living room was broken so it really only sleeps two. We got back to the apartment late after a concert and realized one of the bars of the pull out couch was too bent for the couch to be pulled out. Would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

    It was a great location I was in town for the Nebraska vs Indiana football game. Was able to enjoy night life and only a short drive to the game

    The flat is located in a nice area to walk around the DT. The downside is the extremely noisy street. Drunks yelling, horns, screeching tires. Didn't sleep through the night, ever.

    I loved this apartment! This area of has everything you need for a short stay in the city. The only disadvantage I could possibly note is access to the building from the parking area in the back. The doors in the back of the building require a key instead of the code type lock accessible at the main front door only, requiring you to walk around the block for all entries. This was the only inconvenience I could speak of. Of note, there is a good bit of street noise as this apartment faces the main street. I used ear plugs and had no issues. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
