Everything was perfect. I think there could be clearer instructions of how to lock and unlock the door. After punching in the code, you need to turn the deadbolt lock (to the right or left depending on if you are locking or unlocking) and then turn the doorknob. It took a bit of trial and error to figure this out. Besides that, we loved our stay!

Best host I’ve ever had! Extremely accommodating, and easy to communicate with! The path to the Vrbo is to the left when you’re facing the house, super easy to get in and out of! Would love to stay again!

This place was perfect for our stay! We were drawn to it because of the bright backsplash, yellow fridge, and cat clock. We were delighted to discover outdoor cats on the property, and it was within walking distance of great cafes, thrift stores, markets, and dispensaries. Although we were only staying for the weekend, this place was perfectly cozy.

We stayed here after seeing a show at the Red Rocks and had a great experience! It took us a second to find the entrance (probably my bad for not looking closer at the directions), but once we got in everything was great! Very clean and stocked full of amenities. All four of us were able to fit and we loved being able to walk to so many great spots in Denver!

We had a great experience here. Logistically - communication was very thorough and clear. It was easy to follow how to locate the entrance and items we needed for our stay. Traveling with an infant, we wanted space for ourselves too after she went to bed. The outdoor space was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine and chat away from her sleeping area. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. It was also close enough to walk to the great restaurants and shops as advertised. We would definitely stay here again when traveling through Denver.

Great location. Very easy to find. Communication with the owner was awesome. Cute and quaint little VRBO. Setup was awesome. Had everything you’d need incase you forgot anything! Great location to Coors Field which made our stay that much easier.

The wife and I stayed the night for part of a weekend anniversary celebration. Staying here for the first night of the weekend was great. Very comfortable n homey, n I loved the cats hangin around.

The home was clean and well kept. Close to downtown and easy access to most activities. Loved the quiet and comfortable home.

My friends and I stayed here for one night to go to a concert in downtown Denver, so the location was perfect! The host(s) always had quick responses, were very friendly and helpful when we requested 2 extra fold out beds last minute. The bathroom was VERY clean/updated and had some fun decor. Nice little backyard with seating as well. (No mountain view’s if that’s a must for you). Definitely recommend, especially if you want to be near downtown!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Barb’s place! The unit is cozy and just the right size for two. We had never spent time in the City Park area and LOVED it! It is also a short drive to Red Rocks as well as Coors Field. We highly recommend all that City Park has to offer, especially the Summer Jazz Festival!
