Stayed Sep 9, 2025This first-floor apartment with an enclosed front porch is just a few blocks from Clayton's riverfront park. We enjoyed evening strolls to the park to watch the sunset as well as walks around the village. The place was clean with ample counter space in the kitchen and bathroom, and the two luggage racks made it easy to live out of our suitcases. (There are also two bedroom closets and a large dresser.) Overall, it's a comfortable place, well located, with easy to use air conditioning units in the bedroom and main living area. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025Enjoyed a week stay here in Clayton July 2025. It’s a large space for a 1 bedroom. Clean and as described.Good communication w/Evolve mgmt company. Could walk to Downtown and we enjoyed the sunsets there and the cute places to eat and shop. All the little towns around there to explore also.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025We loved being close enough to walk to town multiple times a day. Sidewalks were clean and safe to push a stroller, there was a park nearby, and everything about the property was perfect for our stay too!

Stayed Jun 11, 2025This house is so cute and charming!! And incredibly spacious!! And immaculately clean!! The bedroom is very large, the king-sized bed was so comfy and there is lots of room to unpack. It’s located in a cute neighborhood. Very walkable and convenient to many different things to do. The host provided a very detail book of all things in the area that we might need or want to visit which was very helpful. We had three adults staying in the house with my son sleeping on the couch and were very pleased when we saw how spacious the layout was. There is a queen size air mattress available as well, but my son preferred the couch. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this as the perfect option for anyone.

Stayed May 9, 2025This property was perfect for the two of us, off street parking, close to town, and river. Bed was wonderful and apartment equipped with everything we needed, would stay again and will tell friends.
