Check in is ridiculous compared to all the reviews I read. After reading check in procedures I was convinced it was not really ok to stay at this place. Rules of brining no luggage through main entrance was a pain. The location here is excellent. Beds were hard as rocks. Will not return

I book through VRBO often, and this was truly one of my best experiences. The host’s communication was exceptional from start to finish—clear, timely, and genuinely helpful. The property was exactly as described, and all the check-in and check-out instructions were detailed, organized, and easy to follow, which made the entire process seamless.One of my favorite amenities was the ability to do laundry on-site. Being able to head home with a suitcase full of clean clothes is an underrated luxury and made traveling home so much easier!The apartment does overlook a train yard, and there is noticeable activity throughout the stay. If you’re sound-sensitive, this might be something to consider. However, it was not overwhelming, and the overall quality of the stay far outweighed the sounds of the trains.I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily book again. Highly recommend!

Very clean, well maintained, great location. The couch, stools, beds, and pillows could use a significant upgrade due to discomfort. Great location!

Excellent in every way

Nice room plenty of space. Parking was a little harder later in the night we never could park on the level we were on so we always had to use the elevator to get to our level. It’s located in a nice area.

Perfect place to explore Nashville. An easy walk into the city or a cheap Uber ride. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Would stay here again!

Location was fantastic and the apartment was cozy - meeting all of our needs. Host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend and would absolutely rebook when in the area again.

It was a nice stay in the Gulch for our daughter’s 21 birthday. The condo unit had all the basics for having a home feel away from home. The property has a great gym, nice pool and gated parking. There’s an amazing coffee machine in the common area along with a pool table and shuffle board. It’s .8 mile to Broadway and we walked there and back in the evening- very safe. It’s close enough to some really good restaurants. I thought we were going to experience some negatives being right next to the freight tracks but it was very little noise. I would stay here again!

Super clean and the Gulch is a great neighborhood. Quite a walk to broadway but we didn’t mind! Great communicationtoo! Bring your own towels for the pool!

The location and amenities were great. While the condo was spacious the LR seating was barely adequate for 4 adults. .

Property was nice. I did not use the pool and other amenities due to short stay time. Check in was a little clunky due to some of the elevators not working but not anyone’s fault. My only comment is they need to clean better. There was food under the couch. I only know this because a do a floor exercise in the mornings. Need to do a good vacuum and mopping.

Check in was a little confusing but we figured it out. First time at VRBO. Need extra blanket and towels. No toilet paper.

Clean, safe area to stay. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants & bars. Listing was exactly how the place looked.

Everything was exactly as advertised and I would definitely stay here again. Once we found a box fan in the closet to use as a noise machine to drown out the trains out the window and turned the blinds the other way so the morning sun didn't hit our faces we had a much better night 2 of sleep.

Convenient location to all of Nashville.

This location is an excellent place to relax and enjoy Nashville, very close to everything. The host was super responsive and the place was super clean and spacious. We will be booking again.

We just stayed for one night but was the perfect location for what we were wanting to do in Nashville. Place was clean and had everything you need for a stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was extremely clean and well appointed. Great location near restaurants, museum and shopping. Only downside was noise from railroad station behind the building which made it difficult to sleep.

The apartment was perfect! Was close to wo many restaurants and walking distance to Broadway. Had anything we needed and the host was very responsive. Arrival/departure directions were great. We would definitely stay here again.
