Walk to beach & restaurants. Safe fenced pool.

The best thing about this apartment is the location and the shared pool. It was really brilliant for us to be so close to restaurants/markets/beach/shops and the apartment pool is ideal for young and older and very clean and well maintained. The apartment itself could do with some attention in bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom to bring up to a higher holiday home standard. Wifi is top notch and we had no problems working from this apartment. A fantastic 3 weeks in the sun with the family.

There was a terrible set of instructions on how to get to the property with 3 addresses none of which were accurate. When we finally opened the door there is an “aroma de drains”. There was no coffee machine, toilet paper refuse sacks or wine glasses. The toaster tripped the main fuse. The pool is closed until mid June. The apartment is opposite the pool and garden maintenance area, so plenty noise. On the plus side? Fabulous location Excellent bus routes to town and Cadiz Good restaurants and a mini mart nearby Beach 7 min walk away. Nice outside area Good for car parking Property manage, Tesha, very helpful Would we go back? Probably.

Stayed for a week out of season it was only just opening up for the summer but the beach and local restaurants were very good would definitely come again and the apartment was great nice and clean and well equipped

Great apartment in a lovely resort. Kids loved the massive pool, very short walk to the most gorgeous beach, restaurants. The property manager was very helpful, all in all a fabulous experience. We’ll definitely be returning when we can - thanks Charlotte.

The communication in advance was very efficient and so was the communication during the reception. What we liked most were the possibilities of the nearby Barossa beach and the swimmingpool. The beds however are in need of urgent refurbishment and so is the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, everything could be done on foot. Also the presence of several beach stuff like chairs and umbrella was really pleasant. We don’t know anything about preparing food in the house because we have only been there to sleep and shower. Thank you for letting us stay in this wonderfull environment?

Nice place, nice village. Good, but quite expensive for what it is actually offered.

The apartment is part of a beautiful low-rise complex around a huge shared pool. There is also a pleasant cafe and sports courts on site and the whole place was very friendly and full of the most beautiful trees and flowers. It all felt very Spanish. The complex itself is only a few minutes walk from the fabulous beaches and many varied restaurants, shops and little markets. It is obviously a holiday place but feels very friendly and inclusive. Everywhere, including the many public WCs, was spotlessly clean. Few locals speak much English but many menus have translations and although we don't speak Spanish, we didn't find it to be a problem. The apartment itself is pleasant and well equipped. There are fans provided that we were very glad of at night and it was lovely to have a place to sit outside in the evenings. It proved an excellent base for exploring this most beautiful of locations.

In a really perfect spot for walking to the beach and enjoying the many bars and restaurants. I was holidaying alone and found the apartment secure, comfortable and well equipped. It all felt very Spanish as I was there in mid-May so it was quiet but lively at the weekend. Chiclana town is a must and the walks along the beach are just lovely. Further afield is really not that far for anyone wanting to visit more of the coast or inland. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.
