We found everything we needed for our stay in the flat, and the host was very friendly, helpful and availble when needed. We could find it very well, and there is a lot what you can do. E.g., Gassilaun beach is less than 2km away. The welcome present with scones and tea was marvellous! The kitchen contained even a dishwasher that was very handy for us. Nevertheless, there are always some drawbacks. The WiFi signal in our flat was quite weak. We recommend to ask also for the code for the WiFi for the flat upstairs, as this router was better available. Furthermore, the beds measure around 1,9m. Sleeping outstreched as a tall person may imply that the feed are hanging free in the night. Apart from that, enjoy your stay!

We had three very nice days in this apartment and were warmly welcomed with fresh scones. Although it rained constantly, we really enjoyed our stay and made ourselves comfortable in the house. Very well equipped and clean and a beautiful view of Connemara. Thank you very much!

My wife and I stayed for a week, this is a beautiful part of Connemara, with two great beaches close by. The views along the coast road out over the Atlantic are quiet stunning. The nearby village of Letterfrack is about fifteen minutes drive and offers very good food, bars and and an excellent book shop where you can sit and have a coffee.. Marie and her family who live next door were very kind and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recomending this lovely location

We were met by our lovely host Marie who had baked scones! She showed us round the property and suggested places to visit and local restaurants. We were just one couple but two couples would have plenty of room in this well appointed comfortable apartment. We had a lovely time exploring the area visiting, among others, Omey Island, Clifden and the Alcock and Brown memorial, beaches and there are plenty of walks of all levels. Kylemore Abbey was a great visit. We ate a good meal at Veldon's Seafarer restaurant at Letterfrack, 10 minutes along the road. We'd love to return and visit more of the area that we didn't have time for.

If you are looking for a beautiful quiet spot this apartment is perfect. Very close to two excellent sandy beaches, lakes and mountains. Nearest shops and pubs are a 10-15 minute drive away (with wonderful views along the way). Everything worked, great shower and plenty of hot water. Well-equipped kitchen and outside space with picnic table. Enjoyed two excellent dinners at Paddy Coynes in Tully Cross and shopped for food and books in Letterfrack.

The cottage was nice and clean, easy to find, with a friendly host. We were welcomed with tea and scones, which was a nice surprise. Lovely place for a hike
