Stayed Jun 1, 2025my stay was perfect! i was right next to the Ala Wai canal (perfect view for a walk), a five minute walk from waikiki beach, and was surrounded by delicious restaurant. i unfortunately forgot one of the women’s name, but there were two women, one named Zoraida, who worked at the building who made sure my stay here was as comfortable as possible!

Stayed Aug 14, 2023It's cozy, affordable and has everything you need. It was exactly what I needed but it had some minor inconveniences also like the shower drained so slowly and the walls were so thin. Location was great, close to everything but it could get a little bit sketchy at night. I don't think you can find anything more affordable in Waikiki.

Stayed Apr 30, 2023Very dirty and no compensation for having to clean it myself. Needs a good deep clean and check of electrical outlets. Bathroom will never be clean until the paint that was placed OVER the dirty walls is stripped and properly applied. I was not told there would be construction workers outside my open window and was very surprised they saw right in (on the top/7th) floor. I should have been given notice. Had to pay for parking but it was not enforced if someone parked in my spot. Close to a lot of things to do but EXTREMELY noisy, don't expect to get rest. The emergency number goes to a voicemail that is not returned. The property manager is very nice and she was the only saving grace. I would not stay here again or recommend it to people.

Stayed Jan 1, 2022Nice apartment centrally located. Robert is a bit of a phanthom and i had to call to get access but i did receive a call back from someone who got me in the apartment and to them i say thank you very much for the help. The unit was clean and ready for use ...main problem is the shower head is kinda low but no big problem for me. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good base of operations as all you need as far as transportation or foodis readily available.. The beach is two blocks away and ls no more than a five minute walk.

Stayed Aug 16, 2021Always remember you get what you pay for. The price of this studio is great and the location is prime being in the heart of Waikiki and so close to the beach. HOWEVER, this place was dirtier than a motel 6. Mold all over the shower mat, dirty toilet, stains on the pillow cases and bedding, grime all over the floor. It was so nasty I refused to walk around barefoot and even wore shower shoes to bathe. I texted Martha about this a few days after check in. I was not trying to be difficult as I said I would clean it myself, but I wanted to emphasize everything they missed given we are in a pandemic cleanliness should be the top priority. Her only response was that she would drop off mold cleaner for the bathroom (which she never did). A week later I sent a more formal email to management which I then got a call from Martha saying she couldn't do anything about it because I didn't say anything earlier and had already been living here. I told her that 1. That is incorrect I texted her asap about the matter, and 2. I wasn't looking for reparations as I was more emphasizing that this should not be missed for the health and safety of future guests. She then offered to send the cleaning crew to come fix the matter. Mind you, the fix was mainly for pressing things like the moldy mat and stained bedding. It didn't fix the cob webs on the ceiling, the dust all over the fan, the grime on the base boards, and so forth. As for the studio itself, think of it more of a hotel room with a kitchen and microwave than an actual studio. Only one sink that has to be used for both bathroom purposes and sink purposes. Mind you, it is not a real kitchen sink in that there is no garbage disposal so don't plan to do any real cooking here. Not only that, but when I tried to do simply cooking like making eggs for breakfast the fire alarm would go off so try to avoid cooking here all together. Parking is available here but must be reserved in advance and they charge for it. Laundry facilities were old had to go on one floor to wash and then another floor to dry because the correlating washer/dryer on the same floor was broken. Homeless is a huge issue; parked my car here over night and someone tried to break in. Tried to come home one night and there was a homeless woman guarding the elevator looking for a fight Overall, if you're strapped for cash and want to be close to the beach then I guess this place works. Martha is always running around and Robert I never saw once.
