Stayed Dec 20, 2023It’s right in the heart of Waikiki. The restaurant around the property are fantastic and very reasonably priced. The staff at these places are absolutely amazing. Donald is amazing to deal with. Absolutely incredible. 100% the best.

Stayed Jul 8, 2021The rooms go for one third of the advertised price so I would suggest just buying from the front desk if you want to stay at the Imperial. It was a little strange that all the ceilings were only 7 feet high. There was no access to the owner's lounge. The owner of the building said that this particular VRBO owner overcharges on the regular. We ended up changing rooms and the property manager was very nice to us. However, the advertised prices are different from the actual prices. I found this to be disconcerting. Honestly, I wouldn't ever use VRBO again. If something goes wrong, VRBO does everything they can to get out of helping you. The first place we stayed at had a cockroach infestation; VRBO said this was the only place they could put us, and upcharged us at the last minute to accomodate this owners outlandish prices. We were stranded. I highly do not recommend VRBO, or this owner either, really.
