Unfortunately, after a magical 21 years Hosting via Vrbo.com I am retiring/hanging up my boots & disposing of my magical studio apartment by year-end 2026. If you are interested in booking a Stay for Jun/July '26 do please send enquiry soonest; September '26 is my last month.

Your Home from Home Studio: Front Door opens into the Hallway with closets & Shower-Room followed by 2nd Door opening to the Open Plan living/sleeping space where you have the fitted galley kitchen, breakfast counter with ceramic HOB/stove, microwave, kettle, coffe pot, airfryer, cutlery, crockery, pots/pans etc etc & space continues to the sleeping/living space of 1 double bed & 1 single bed sleeping 3 adults OR 2 adults & 1 child & indoor wall mounted Fitjsiu AC (heat & cooling) with motor outdoors & Smart TV with remotes etc ..

*VIP Please Remove AC water from buckets when 1/2 full ..

The Terrace Sliding Door opens to the the Wonderful Seaview you see in the pictures ..This is where you might chillax & watch or listen to the World Sailing by when not off exploring or on the beach or in the sea or taking a stroll on the 8km Promenade ! Pictures are accurate ! It's all pretty much what it says on the tin !!

Spacious Communal Residents' lounge off the foyer complete with comfortable seating; Charging & Parking Facilities for vehicles, bicycles &Washrooms w keypad password available from Reception ..
The 24/7 Reception Team will assist you with any emergencies & they will book tours, taxis, bicycles, mobility vehicles etc for you.
Take the Stella Maris business card as you checkin for reference !
The outdoor swimming pool entrance is at The Gastrobar & keypad code at Reception Desk.
Reception will also give you the key to the “luggage room” if required which you return to them immediately ..

The Private owned Self-Service Laundry facility off the foyer is very popular-providing fast washing & drying facilities at reasonable rates (EU Notes/Bank Card/Coins ) also snack & water machines & help w machines available at the adjoining 'corner store'.
The Gastrobar on the ground floor has it's own unique cuisine & bar & provides indoor, outdoor & takeaway service & picnic type service at the swimming pool hatch (no glass) .. They usually have light music playing or sports on the TV & they have a popular snooker table-coin operated & queue system applies !
The Beach & Gastrobar also have their own wifi When you're a customer..
My Guests *do not* have access to Stella Maris wifi .. My studio apartment offers Wifi-4G unlimited, cable tv & the use of the safe is free ..
Technical service is available via your phone video link re the smart TV service/wifi to phone # provided at the tv..

The beautiful Parakeets are constantly rebuilding their nests & forage quite well for their suitable food & provide endless entertainment for us all !
o Indoor & outdoor floor mops/buckets & sweeping brush located on terrace- Indoor floor duster located in shower-room.

o Adjoining our Building-around the corner @ Calle San Jose, please find the mini Corner Store, Gymnasium w sauna&showers; ATMx2 & meter parking-motor bikes & vehicles ..*hot tub refers to sauna in adjoining public Gym!

o Being a self catering business please clean any mega spillages in the fridge, on floors etc & advise any stains, damages w pictures etc
o please do not replace unwashed crockery in presses, drawers etc *leave in the sink instead ..
o Garbage bags & kitchen detergents for crockery and floors available at kitchen ..
o Please discard all your domestic & general waste eg bottles/glass/cooking oil prior to your departure-skips & recycled bins are located at the side of Stella Maris, Calle San Jose on route to the main Mercadona at Av. Ramón y Cajal. Recycled Bins etc are provided by Local Council on pavements throughout this very well managed Mediterranean resort-you will also see the Council Staff cleaning the beach each morning for your comfort & Staff cleaning the beach toilets & bins daily at regular intervals. Of course, as users, we also clean up after ourselves!
