The Space
Located on the third floor, Unit 301 features a bright, open-concept design that feels like home from the moment you walk in. Each bedroom is equipped with a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space—one with a secure safe for your valuables. The bathrooms boast large showers and are supplied with fresh towels. The living area offers a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher—plus all the basic utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals. A dining table with three chairs provides a welcoming space to enjoy your culinary creations. For your convenience, the apartment also features an in-unit washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board.

Please note that there may be some construction activity nearby between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., which could generate occasional noise. We encourage you not to let this deter you, as the island offers so much to explore and enjoy.
We’re happy to meet you upon arrival—whether by hopper flight or water taxi—and can arrange for golf cart rentals, with keys ready upon your arrival. We’re also pleased to offer a quick tour of the island on the way to the apartment, helping you get acclimated.     Located above the Pink Boutique and just a few steps from Caramba's and Sauls Cigar and Rum Cream shop, this dwelling is perfectly placed and beautifully appointed. It is kept meticulously clean and they do the little extras like swan folded towels and bows on the toilet paper. The room has wall mounted A/C units that keep the entire place very comfortable and feeling like you've stepped into heaven after a long, hot Belizean day. They have everything you need already there, from Smart TVs throughout, to linen, to washer/dryer (with detergent pods and dryer sheets), first aid kit, beds are very comfortable, kitchen appliances (frig, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker), and a balcony providing a decent view to the water. I can't say enough about how CLEAN this place is kept. The scents are very pleasant and even the hallways and staircases are cleaned regularly and smell great when you step into them. The door on the street that leads up to the units is kept locked and is unlocked via a passcode that the host provides the guests. This helps to keep things safe. Golf cart parking is available right up to the street level door; so, very convenient. The hosts are very responsive and just a pleasure to deal with. They provide you with a wealth of helpful information on where to eat and really anything you need to know. Very nice, likeable people. I'm planning to return to this property the next time we're in Belize. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

    The location was great. We carried our luggage for the two blocks from the ferry to the condo. Very clean and updated. It is within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and most excursion departure points.

    Very nice property, the property manager was excellent and helpful beginning with meeting us at the airport with a rental golf cart. She resolved any issues during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here.
