Stayed Aug 24, 2025It’s a great apartment with amazing 180º sea views, and has everything you need for your stay. It has 70s styling but has been very nicely renovated. Good communication with Ann, including clear check in instructions. I can really recommend this apartment and I hope to stay again sometime.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The property is on the 4th floor with a 180 view of the sea. The apartment is well laid out with a large bedroom and living area with a nice kitchenette. Everything you need is within walking distance, including a supermarket. This our 2nd visit to Ann's apartment and we'll definitely book again when we visit the Oostende area. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Oostende.

Stayed Jul 28, 2023Great apartment with wonderful sea views. Everything that we needed for a great holiday. Communication with Ann was easy with immediate replies. Location was excellent with tram stop outside where you can buy tickets. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance. Some nice touches like binoculars to view the many shipsat night. Record player and records, books, games etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Oostende.

Stayed Apr 10, 2023we were entirely pleasantly surprised; the only thing that we can think of that _might_ be slightly better in our humble opinion might be the broom, but that's really a super minor detail... :) thanks, and we'll love to come around another time!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a wonderful apartment directly on the seafront within walking distance of the town centre. The owner speaks English and the letting arrangements were straightforward. The flat is well equipped, clean and tidy. We would return again. Maureen & Ronnie

Stayed Dec 31, 1969very clean,modern apartment.balcony with great sea views!!fantastic location.tram station right outside the front. very well equiped with everything you need. underground secure garage included in price. very relaxed and a stress free stay..10/10 the owners very nice and helpful. 10 minute walk along the promanade to city centre. a great choice of shops..foodie heaven
