The space
Our stylish luxurious legal suite islocated in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood in Rosenthal, a beautiful, blooming community that offers many walking trails, gardens, spray parks, playgrounds, and more. Grocery stores, plazas, restaurants and gas stations are just 3mins drive away.. Rosenthal is located near some of Edmonton’s biggest attractions including West Edmonton Mall, 15mins drive from the rental, the River Cree Resort and Casino, 6mins drive from the rental and West Henday Promenade, 8mins drive from the rental. Major routes such as Anthony Henday Drive and Whitemud Drive are just 6mins and 4mins drive away making this community easily accessible from all areas of the city. Downtown Edmonton is reachable within 20mins drive. YEG is also reachable within 30mins drive.

The suite has a private entrance with free parking on the streets and onsite. The suite is luxuriously well furnished to make you feel at home away from home and to meet your needs during your entire stay.

The suite includes a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances from Whirlpool. The kitchen provides granite countertop and some appliances in the kitchen include an electric stove/Oven, spacious fridge, blender, rice cooker, air fryer, toaster, water boiler, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee pod machine and kitchen essentials (utensils, oil, salt, pepper, pots & pans, glasses, cups, etc.).

The suite has its own furnace/thermostat so you control the temperature in the suite. High speed internet available to keep you connected with work, friends and Family. An IPTV app with instructions on how to use is available. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple tv, Crave, Paramount Plus and Disney plus apps are also available, so you can sign into your account and enjoy your favorite programs, shows and movies.

Board games are also available for quality game nights. We are a few steps away from you when you need us.
Guest access
We offer a contactless check-in and check out with a totally private side entrance. Side entrance is equipped with a keypad lock for easy safe access to the suite. The code to the side entrance shall be shared with you shortly before your check in and deactivated after the agreed upon check-out time.
Other things to note
Since the guest suite is located in a residential area, our goal is to have no negative impacts on our community. Guests who break our house rules may be asked to leave the property immediately.

Pets are not allowed. Should you bring your pet along or try to sneak in with a pet, your booking will be automatically terminated and you will be charged for the one night.
