    The location and amenities are excellent, steps from the Village ski school and quicksilver lift, and town. Pool is small but indoor/outdoor and there are 4 hot tubs, great amenities.My only issue was the phone app based key card system. It failed a few times, and with kids made for some minor issues. The desk cannot give physical cards as its a different management company, but the people that did help me were efficient and excellent. I just think upon checkin physical keys should also be given, and not just relying on the app. In theory it's great, but technology...

    The location and the facility is excellent. Location is unparalleled two minute walk to the village ski school and Quicksilver lift. Four outdoor hot tubs of different temperatures were great even for smaller kids. I had a really big issue with the Bluetooth key situation. There were times it did not work. Had to wait with my five-year-old not being able to get into the room. The personal guest service was amazing as they came over to give keys. However, upon check-in, it should be an immediate option to get a functional physical key More easily accessible. This was my only issue.

    I’ve stayed at the Village (through Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals) several times and have always enjoyed the experience. The location is great, the room & building are very nice, and SCVR is very helpful with any issues or questions that may arise.

    The pool was awesome! The rooms need to be cleaned better. The room wasn’t the cleanest. We kept finding long dark hairs all over. The pull out couch was dirty, we had to go down to the front desk management and ask for bedding and pillow cases for the couch because there weren’t sheets or pillow cases in the closet like there should have been. The bathroom hasn’t been swept. The pool was awesome, the kids loved it! The underground parking was convenient.

    Property was clean, in great shape, had pretty views, and fantastic location. Everyone was very nice and overall an awesome experience. It would be nice if the keys could be picked up at the actual location, though, instead of several blocks away. But other than that I would give it an A+ rating! Very nice, helpful, and responsive to questions

    I spent over $500/night and I should have slept on the floor or the couch. The mattress was terrible and I left a day early so I could sleep. At this price, that is not acceptable. Everything else was great but I need to be able to sleep when staying at a VRBO. I did not work with anyone.
