Villa With Amazing Views Of Ski Area And Valley

The apartment is beautiful, complete and spacious. Only a few minutes walk from de skilift, restaurants and grocery store. And has a nice view on the mountains and skislope. You don’t need to use a car while you’re there. You can also get to Rauris by train/bus. The larger ski areas of Kaprun and Bad Gastein are at about half an hour drive. The hiking and langlauf possibilities at the end of the valley are beautiful.We stayed at the apartment with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. With only 1 toilet in the bathroom it needed some planning. In the bathroom we missed storage space.The contact with the owner and local agent (Eion), was good. The only payment method is by credit card and although the last payment should be done on the day of arrival, VRBO expects you to pay (much) before, which caused some misunderstanding (but also solved by Dean and Eion). Be aware that payments can only be done by Credit Card.

Stayed for a fortnight with a family of four. Property was well appointed with comfy beds, good WiFi, great views from the two balconies. Only (minor) downsizes: kitchen is pretty compact, particularly if the full number of guests were attending and a second loo would have been useful. Otherwise, there is a lot to recommend (lots to see and do around in Rauris)

A superb apartment, with pretty much all the facilities you would need and with some of the best views in the town. Great comms from the owner. Rauris is also a lovely little town.

Great Appartement

We had a wonderful family ski trip in Rauris. Very nice appartment with lovely view over the mountains and close to the skischool!

Rauris is a small town and a great starting point for walks and mountain biking. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has a magnificent view on the mountain. The outdoor swimming pool is a few minutes driving or 20 minutes walking.

Great stay, we loved it. Fantastic apartment overlooking the ski slopes. Great balcony to wake up and see in the day breakfast on the terrace. Great service from the owner and resort staff, Caitlin was amazing and went above and beyond as usual. Cannot wait until next year.

First class property

We liked this simple apartment and found it a good base for a sunny summer holiday in Rauris. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to have a washing machine. To improve our stay, we would really have liked curtains in the bedrooms to keep the early morning sunshine out and dampen the noise from the car park; bedside lights for all the rooms would also have been helpful. Thank you.

Very nice top floor apartment that gets the afternoon and early evening sun on the balconies. Comfortable beds and spacious living area. Only suggestion would be to put heavier curtains in twin room. One living room door wouldn't open. Rauris is beautiful and there is so much to do with plenty of places to eat.
