Stayed Jun 17, 2023Really nice location, not far away from town center, beach and supermarket, directly on a street. You will find everything you need, well equipped kitchen, 2 terrace, grill, washing machine. Air condition only in kitchen and living room Missing were a little more comfortable chairs or sun longer. House can be recommend.

Stayed Jul 18, 2020We had a fantastic week in Chiavari and Ligurien. Will we back and the appartment at Alice and David’s place was competly up to date and was placed close to the city and the beach.

Stayed Jun 19, 2018The property was lovely. Completely separate from the main villa. It is beautifully decorated and has 2 separate outside sitting areas, both quite lovely. The photos don't do it justice. David was a truly wonderful host, respected our privacy, yet was there to help us when we needed some help. Thank you David. We would highly recommend this property.
