Two Houses, One Unique Relaxing Experience.This beautiful villa can accommodate up to 10 people and is perfect for large families or groups of friends looking for nature, tranquility, and comfort.

The Stone House

Living room with 1 single sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom – max. 6 guests.

The Yellow House

Living room with 2 single sofa beds, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms – max. 4 guests.

‍♀️ Swimming pool (outdoor shower).

‍♂️ During the pool opening period, guests will also have a pool towel per person ️, to enjoy sunny days and relaxation . You won't have to worry about a thing, we'll take care of your comfort!

The property offers private parking and the possibility to park for free outside (if available).

To access the houses, you need to go down a small staircase from the parking area.

Use of a car is recommended, as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and bars are at a distance.

️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop.

EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): €40

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked

• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

‍♀️ SEASONAL PRIVATE POOL, open from June 15 to September 15 (dates may vary ).

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN

• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children from 0 to 2 years

• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

TOURIST TAX

• €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days

• Children under 15 are exempt

• The tax is not included in the booking price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

• Please follow the recycling rules

• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash

• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied

Pets

We love animals ❤️, but pets are not allowed in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding!

❄️ DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
