The apartment was clean, bright and roomy. Bathrooms and bedrooms comfortable with plenty of storage space. However, there were a couple of surprises that were not pointed out in the listing. The apartment is accessed by a steep metal staircase and once inside the bathrooms and bedrooms were accessed by a spiral staircase downstairs. The Terrace (not balcony) was accessed by another narrow spiral staircase where at the top, you were required to push up a heavy rooflight to climb onto the terrace. The terrace was large and gave a good view of the surrounding area. The staircases would be very difficult for people with limited mobility. The second surprise was the extensive building / demolition work, immediately outside the lounge and bedroom windows, which was interesting but dusty and noisy from work starting at 07:30. I think both of these surprises should have been stated in the description. Nevertheless we had a good time in Warnemunde.

Super convenient, big, clean and well equipped apartment. Great base for day trips along the Baltic.
