The Space:
Upon entering Villa Monet, you immediately enter the very spacious living room and open kitchen. The living room and kitchen overlook the balcony. In the living room you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the dining table that comfortably seats 10 people. The kitchen has cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery so that you can prepare your own meals during your stay.

You will find 2 bedrooms on the second floor of Villa Monet. These are two bedrooms with double beds. You will also find a first family bathroom on the second floor, a separate toilet and a storage room.

Upstairs you will find another 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and a family bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. This family bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and sink. This floor also has a separate toilet, fitted wardrobes and a large storage room with washing machine.

An additional fantastic plus to Villa Monet is its underground garage box with automatic gate. Ideal for your car or to store your beach accessories.

The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, public transportation and several tasty restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing vacation by the sea!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
