The apartment is well connected by train to city centre while still offering privacy and tranquility due to its outdoor balcony + loft-style arrangement. Would love to stay again!

Thanks Claudia for the stay at your place in Berlin! The apartment is very light and clean and perfect located near the underground metro station. We can absolutely recomment this place for a citytrip to Berlin.

My wife and I spent six nights at the apartment and really enjoyed our stay. From our initial reservation communication with Claudia was excellent, we even booked concert tickets to be sent to her house as the ticket company wanted an extra 35€ to send them to the UK. The apartment is in a lovely area and very convenient for public transport. It is equipped with everything that you need for a short or long stay. A special mention must go to the shower which was fantastic. Overall the apartment was excellent and we would happily stay there again.

We live in the United States and love to go home. We had a wonderful experience at the place. I went to nursing school at the Klinikum Charlottenburg which was just a few steps away. Brought back lovely memories. Very centrally located and with public transportation everything can be reached quickly. The flat is so lovely decorated and provides everything one needs for a great stay. Will def. be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Manfred and Anne-Gret

My husband and I arrived in the morning of check in and were met by Claudia who was extremely helpful in showing us around the apartment and provided any information. The apartment is as shown, extremely neat and clean. Anything we needed in the kitchen was available. The location was excellent with grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, etc. within a 5 minute walk. There was also a U bahn station within the same distance allowing us easy access to anywhere in Berlin we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Berlin and if we returned would make this our first choice of accommodations.

My husband and I spent two months in this apartment in Berlin. We were very happy with both the apartment AND the neighborhood. The apartment is filled with light even on grey rainy days as it has windows on three sides as well as two skylights all of which open. Thus, one has lots of fresh air. The apartment is just as described in the listing, clean and attractively furnished. One has a view over the roofs of the city. The owner is gracious and accommodating, providing help and information. AND the location was superb. It is in a very nice, upscale area of the city. There are several groceries, bakeries, restaurants, patisseries, and other shops in the immediate neighborhood. The subway is just two blocks away allowing one to easily get just about anywhere in the city. And biking is a dream as there are protected paths just about everywhere. We would highly recommend this apartment for couples of any age (we are in our 70's) or for families with school age children. If we come back to Berlin, we will certainly want to stay here.
