On the first floor with elevator, the apartment consists of 2 rooms and offers a city view that will allow you to immerse yourself in the lively Neapolitan atmosphere.
The location is ideal for those who want to explore the main tourist attractions ofthe city: Spaccanapoli, with its typical alleys and historic churches, is just a few steps away, as is the famous Cappella San Severo and the extraordinary Piazza del Plebiscito. There are also connections to the ports from which ferries depart for Capri, Ischia and Procida.
The apartment has been designed to offer you maximum comfort. Air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi connection are included, to make you feel at home even during a business or pleasure stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, television, fridge/freezer, gas stove, dishes and kitchenware, ideal for those who want to prepare their own meals. Due to the facade renovation works, the balcony will not be available, as the window will have to remain closed. Furthermore, one of the 2 air conditioning splits located on the balcony cannot be used, while only the one in the kitchen will remain available.
