Stayed Feb 9, 2026Lovely little apartment with everything we needed. Host communication was good although we didn’t need much in the way of help as everything pretty self explanatory. Yes there is a steep hill to climb to get back from Funchal but this was perfect for walking dinner off at the end of the day. Walk takes around 15-20 mins. There were some earlier reviews about lack of hot water but we didn’t find this to be a problem at all, in fact the boiler looked brand new and the shower is lovely! Will definitely book again.

Stayed Nov 25, 2025We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is modern and clean and the kitchen is equipped with most basic necessities to be able to cook. The only thing we found missing was a cutting board. There was also a bit of an ant problem - they were crawling on the bathroom and kitchen counters, but they were quite small. Otherwise, everything was great and the location is perfect.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Its a nice comfortable and clean apartment. (For 2 Persons) The only thing which should be fixed, is that the linked adress for google maps is not the exact building in the street. All in all its worth for a vacation!

Stayed Apr 19, 2024If I could give more that 5 stars I would, what a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city, everything from start to finish was hassle free, the host was so good answering any questions I had but it’s the accommodation that needs more than 5 stars, the right location, everything you could need is here, I could not of wished for anything more, a truly fantastic place to stay and hopefully I will get the chance to head back soon
