Vacation House Maison Mavù Perugia Historical Center

Fantastic place This was the beautiful view outside of the master window and artist display on the walls were fascinating . I loved the eclectic feeling in the house. It was exceptional dealing with owner and the instructions for check in were easy. anytime I had to get a hold of the owner with a question they responded right away. There were 29 steps to get to the apartment but there were hand rails to make it easier. The only complaint is the overhead light used for the steps was an automatic light that didn't stay on long enough to reach the next level of stairs.I would recommend this wonderful apartment visiting Perugia.

Difficulties w/ the air conditioner. Owners were very responsive but they live elsewhere; it would assist to have someone in Perugia other than cleaning personnel. It's such a great property - it deserves a little more loving care. Bottom line: we would stay again. It's a large, well situated apt & checking in & out was simple. But we would ask that the appliances be checked before our arrival. Clarification of some instructions would also help (we are sadly not Italian speakers).

The apartment was very nice and the location is perfect for access to the pedestrian area. Access by car was great as you could park in front to unload your luggage and then drive to the closest parking garage. Only a 7 minute walk back to the apartment.

This is a spacious, clean, and fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment with a great views, just steps from the center of Perugia. Modern, colorful furniture. Beware of some wall photos of naked people as you enter.

A spacious,well-equipped apartment with a wonderful view over a Perugia. Very handy to the best of what Perugia has to offer and a number of quality restaurants. Highly recommended for a travelling couple or family with one child.

The pictures of this rental do not do it justice. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed and in a prime location. The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I’ve stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this one is the best.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, very clean and nicely decorated, close to shopping and restaurants. The location was great for exploring the city.

Veronica was an incredible. The checkin was clear a d smooth. The place was clean, well decorated, and outstanding views. Communication was great. Veronica provided wonderful recommendations for both restaurants and must see sites. Couldn’t br gappy with our stay!!

Apartment is funky, whimsical decor that we loved. Owner was very helpful with restaurants and it is 5 minute walk from the city center. Do be aware that it is a strong uphill climb from the nearest parking and that the steps to the unit are steep. It was extremely helpful to have the use of a washer and dryer for a mid trip clothing refresh. Because we are spoiled Americans, we found the unit quite warm and the downside of the central location was street noise at night. We’d rent again. Very comfortable unit.

The apartment was spacious with fabulous views. The furnishings were funky fun with all the amenities one might need. Veronica was very helpful in getting us situated and provided good information on restaurants, etc. The location could not have been better, a few hundred meters from the main plaza. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Perugia.
