Pros: Clear.Good location. Cons: Sometimes noisy at night.No balcony.

Pros: The apartment is very close tò the beach and the host it was so nice.

Pros: Nice apartment on the 5 floor in the very center of town, but just a 4 minute walk from the beach! It overlooks Luis Morote pedestrian street which connects the Catalina park and Las Canteras promenade and beach. The murmuring of the cafés and people below was a pleasant backdrop of our stay, but on Saturday night (carnival), we had to close the windows. ( there are fans but no AC and there are windows on the backyard too ). If you are a light sleeper the street sweeper trucks in the early morning might be an issue, but I expect those are everywhere in the center of town. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and easy to live in. Seen with a builders eyes, there were some issues that could be improved, but nothing that impacted our enjoyment in any way. The host was friendly and helpful and spoke better than average English. All in all, we would more than likely try to book this apartment again next time we visit. Cons: I should mention that we were asked not to use one of the two showers, so as not to exacerbate some water damage to the master bathroom (not visible), but I was told this was due to be fixed in the near future. This was no issue for us as there was no hurry in the mornings :-)

Pros: La casa tenía todo lo necesario para sentirte cómoda Cons: Para el verano vendría muy bien el aire acondicionado. Algunas noches la gente estaba hablando en la calle muy alto hasta la madrugada y te impedía conciliar el sueño.

Pros: Nos gustó mucho el apartamento. Cómodo, amplio, luminoso, amplío guardarropas, con dos baños completos y una cocina completamente equipada. Además, la ubicación junto a Santa Catalina está muy bien conectada en una calle peatonal muy bonita. Laura es amable y siempre con disposición de ayudar. Recomendamos totalmente quedarse en este piso. Cons: En las noches, el ruido de los vehículos, camiones de basura y personas en la calle dificulta dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Y eso hace que haya calor, sobre todo al no tener aire acondicionado.
