Our new apartment Havenquartier was completely renovated at the end of 2018 and completely redesigned. It is furnished in the maritime industrial style of a traditional warehouse and office building. The design of the apartment is unique. Many elements were designed and built exclusively for COAST HOUSE.

The holiday apartment is located on the 8th Floor of the Columbus Center, in the middleof the maritime happenings of the Urban Lakeside. Enjoy the unrestricted view of the Weser, the North Sea estuary, Havenwelten and even the container bridges with which the largest container ships in the world are loaded and unloaded from the large living room with bar.

The pool and sauna use in the 25th Floor (!) with roof terrace is included.

With 3 bedrooms and approx. 105 sqm living space, the Havenquartier offers enough space for 2 to 6 people.
