The Majorcas holiday complex was renovated from early January 2017 until spring 2018. There are now 10 apartments available for year-round rental to holiday guests.

This apartment is suitable for 2 people. has two large window fronts both to the north and to the east, it is flooded with light and thus conveys a particularly atmospheric, pleasant room climate. The combined dining / bedroom / living room area is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a 32 inch LED flat screen TV, aDVD player, a compact stereo system and an LED clock radio. The modern shower room is equipped with 2 vanities, a mirror cabinet and a spacious shower cabin with rainforest shower.

The apartment complex is wonderfully relaxing and quiet, yet it is only 500 meters to the beach promenade. To the south there is a forest right outside the front door, the Dahmer enclosure. To the south / west there is an apparently infinitely large, field-free plot.
The apartments of the Majorca are in accordance with the year of construction 2017/18 on the most modern level of structural equipment and furnishings.
The entire equipment, furniture, household appliances, dishes, everything is new.
The kitchen area of the apartments is functionally equipped with a refrigerator and double ceramic hob with extractor hood. Coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and everything necessary for everyday use are available.
The following household appliances can be provided on request.
