    This apartment was perfect for us. Three 60 somethings on a cycling holiday to explore the mountains while staying down by the vibrant sea front and beaches. The apartment is extremely well equipped and modern. I would guess although perfectly adequate it might be a little on the cosy side for three couples if you're forced to spend a lot of time inside.It's situated on the second line but with the sea easily visible. Rincon was busier/more popular than we we expected apparently because it's the first real beachy stretch east of Malaga. You might be glad you're on the top floor in peak season if you're a light sleeper and in the en-suite room (beach/roadside) but we've certainly been in much noisier. The up side is that there are plenty of supermarkets and shops and places to eat - although of course you might have to wait until 8.00 for the restaurants to open for food. There is always a Burger king opposite if you get desperate!Available parking places along the road outside are very rare but there is a large piece of ground used as a car park a couple of hundred metres away to the rear which charges just 1 per day so we parked there all week and were lucky enough to find a park outside early on Sunday morning when we left so didn't need to lug our bike boxes up there. There are 2 lifts although one was out of order during our stay. It certainly didn't inconvenience us.All in all an excellent experience and we thought excellent VFM. Highly recommended.

    A wonderful experience from the first minute to the last. Even though the weather was rather poor for the time of year, this beautiful vacation apartment made our trip a complete success. We look forward to returning.
