Stayed Sep 12, 2025Very clean. Everything we needed was there. Negative steep flight of stairs to get to property. Near railroad tracks, but never interfered with sleep.

Stayed Aug 26, 2025I rented this property out for my parents who was visiting. Overall really happy with the stay. Perfect for families, really clean and less than a 5 min drive to Montclairs shopping and restaurants. The parking situation is a little less than ideal. They're 5 parking spots in the driveway and unfortunately the spot associated with my rental unit was very tight if all the other cars are in there. Street parking is available. Overall really good choice

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Host was extremely responsive to any questions. Very easy check-in. Kitchen had all essentials. Very nice bathrooms. Unit was clean and as described. It is a second-floor unit so use of stairs is required. If in the area, we would rent again.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025What a wonderful space to walk into after a day of travel! Upon walking in to the apartment, we weee welcomed with music and a very clean and bright modern apartment. 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath in such a space was impressive. The shower was very nice with good pressure and hot water. The location is perfect for walking into the shopping area of Montclair (about 20 minutes). We found a great little Italian bakery/deli around the corner and there is also a Mexican restaurant and breakfast cafe about 2 blocks away. Anna, our host is very pleasant and readily available if anything is needed. There is also a dedicated parking space in the back along with washer and dryer. Also there were plenty of amenities if one happen to forget something. This will be our go to place if available every time we come to visit our son in college and beyond when we are in the area..
