Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso Boarding Pass with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

Pool Guidelines:
No Glass Containers – Ever.
Glass is not allowed anywhere near the pool deck or in the pool. It’s a big safety risk — and if glass is found, we have to drain the pool. Let’s avoid that!
Music is Welcome—Just Keep it Friendly.
Love a good summer playlist So do we! Just make sure your volume doesn’t disturb the peaceful vibes of the community. If it’s too loud, you’ll be asked to turn it down or head out.
Pets Love Summer, Too—But Not at the Pool.
We know your pets are family, but they’ll need to sit this one out. No animals are allowed in or around the pool area.
Guests: One Per Leaseholder.
Planning to bring a buddy Awesome — just keep it to one guest per leaseholder.
Snack Breaks Away From the Pool.
Please enjoy meals and snacks away from the pool area; one of the nearby courtyards is a great option! No food is allowed on the pool deck or in the water.
Keep an Eye on Capacity.
Residents are expected to self-monitor occupancy limits posted on the pool deck. Our staff and Courtesy Officers will also be checking in regularly.

And just to make sure it’s crystal clear — no glass. Ever. Really. We mean it.

    It was a nice property. Navigating the area was tricky. The pools are full with young adults. So lots of drinking and adult conversations.

    You are better off checking into a hotel, you won't have the kitchen likely but there's not much in the kitchen anyway. We barely had enough utensils, pots, pans to cook anything. Our water heater broke the first day we were there so no hot showers from Thursday-Sunday and no one came to fix it. The place was DIRTY, old carpet the floors made my white socks black. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The blinds were broken so we couldn't block the light out. Do not stay here, sure it's cheap but you get what you pay for I guess.

    I have utilized this property numerous times for work related travels. It's very convenient to the Downtown area and is within walking distance of most areas.

    It was pretty good for price & location. No water pressure in either bathroom sinks...literally a trickle, water heater too small for multiple morning showers...started getting cold toward end of 2nd quick shower. Could have used one more chair in living room, 4 adults with one small chair and a small sofa was pretty cramped. Overall very functional and a great location.

    We used this rental to be close to Lucas Oil Stadium for a concert. It was perfect for that purpose. The apartment was clean, but we didn't have access to a broom/dustpan and that would have been appreciated with having young kids. Also to note, the bedrooms have weird interior windows at the top of the walls. The hall and living room lights light up the bedroom because of this. It would have been nice to have blinds of some sort to block out that light. It was difficult putting our youngest to bed when the adults were still up in the common areas and needed those lights. But the beds were comfortable and the building was quiet. Lastly, really make sure you pay attention to check-in instructions when you finally get them and not the listing address. The listing address was not actually where we needed to park to have access to the apartment.

    Location great! Easy walk to the Lucas Oil Stadium. Lots of restaurants in the area. Parking available in the ramp. Easy check-in and check-out processes. The Residences were basic accommodations with basic amenities for a 4 night stay. Would be nice to have some more shampoo/conditioner and body wash available for 6 people in a 2 bathroom condo. Hotel size samples for each bathroom. Condo overall clean. Microwave splattered inside. Three keys provided, but only one worked to get into building and workout area. Great to be able to use gas grills outside in the common area. Didn’t have any time to utilize the pool or outdoor space but a nice option to have.

    The property was very nice and clean but the check in process was terrible. The air mattress wouldn't stay inflated. The key fob didn't work for the pool. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken. It was a quiet building and close to downtown so we could walk places.

    The property was precisely as advertised. Only a couple of minor issues that I would say probably need to be addressed. 1) There was no broom/dustpan and we would've like to have swept. 2) Both the carpet and the floors felt a bit sticky to bare feet. Maybe too much pinesol on the floors and not rinsed well? And the carpet was visibly dirty and seemed to leave a film on my feet if I went barefoot. I just ended up wearing my shoes all the time. 3) The TV remote was missing in one of the bedrooms. The couple that was staying in that room connected their Roku app on their phone to the TV and managed to get it to work. Nonetheless, a remote still needs to be in there. Overall, a REALLY nice property, well-furnished and in a safe area. Definitely recommend.
