Stayed Dec 27, 2025The perfect contemporary rustic mountain retreat. Spacious but feels very cozy. Has every amenity you’d need or want. Absolutely incredible views of beautiful Sedona. When town is crowded and parking a challenge, it’s an easy walk to all the popular spots. Host was very attentive, just a great place to stay overall.

Stayed May 8, 2025The house is located at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood and yet within a short walking distance to Main St. The house is very pleasant, well equipped kitchen and many sitting areas.Our biggest complaint - the house is facing east has huge windows and nothing to protect from the sun. Unless you enjoy waking up with the sun @5:30 AM this is not a house for you. The upstairs bedroom has shades but not blackout shades and the huge windows to the north are bare !!!!The upstairs porch is lovely late afternoon only - again nothing to protect from the sun. All that was not specified in the description of the house.The host was easy to communicate with but she could do nothing about the above.

Only comment is that if you are traveling with 3 couples, there is an amazing room br, a good br, and then one that someone will be disappointed by comparison. Not a knock as that is not uncommon with a 3br, but something to consider. The house, outdoor space, and location are all amazing. We will be back.
