Location is great if you are visiting your student at Miami. Nice apartment, large in size. Great communication with the host. I stayed two nights, would be a nice place if you had a need to stay longer, as well. There is a full kitchen and laundry available.

The kitchen sink was dirty and we arrived. The Keurig was too dirty to use. The shower curtain had black mold on it. The bed sunk in.Good location very spacious accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Upstairs Apt. In The Country. It was spacious, clean and had lots of amenities, with a cozy feel. The hosts we very so nice and very accommodating. We had a great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was close to Miami University which was exactly what we wanted.

Location was great. Owner was very responsive, and communication was good. My son slept in the bed and said it was comfortable. I used the pull out and it is very firm. Overall, the price is great for the location and space. We would be happy to stay here again if we come back this way.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as before. The host helped us out when the Internet was acting up and was able to get it resolved. The apartment is a great place to relax after a long day at a noisy swim meet.

We were traveling to Oxford for a swim meet at Miami. The snow started coming down Friday after and through Saturday morning. Cathey was great and checked on what time we would be arrived to make sure the driveway was as clean as it could possibly be and the steps leading up to the apartment.

Property owners are very personable, extremely nice and helpful. The location was great and super convenient for us to get to and from Miami University.

Great location.. 8mins away from my sons dorm at Miami University.. Was the best place to stay for parents weekend. The apartment has all you need.. definitely would stay again:)

Upstairs apartment in the country was the perfect VRBO for our visit to our son who was interning at Miami of OH this summer! With plenty of space for the rainy day we had to build a puzzle and play Yahtzee, this property had a full-sized kitchen too! We were able to make our sons a full brunch one morning…and nothing says “home” like a brunch made by mom & dad. As if all the amenities and beautiful setting weren’t enough, the sweet black kitty topped it off! The property own was lovely and communication was top-notch! It you have a child at Miami of OH stay here versus a hotel….you’ll be glad you did!!
