Upscale South Coast Holiday Apartment with Pool at Springcourt, Rockley

A quiet neighbourhood and a comfortable bed helped us to have an enjoyable holiday. Dawn and Taylor were kind in greeting us.The apartment was very clean upon arrival and we thought it included a weekly clean but no one came to do that in the two weeks, so we had to do it, change bedding etc.Being a senior with bad knees the stairs were a workout. The beach was too far to walk to but we were able to use the pool to cool down. The tiny kitchen could use some purging of plastics, pots and pan and duplicates of so many things. The dining chairs were wobbly and the couch cushion ripped. There was no tv. Luckily we were able to explore the island with friends and enjoyed many fantastic adventures.

Amenities were over the top. The apartment was well stocked

We had a lovely stay at Cathrin's place. The apartment was clean and as beautiful as the pics showed. It was peaceful and quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dinnerware and pots. As well as lots of bath towels. Unfortunately the dishwasher was being repaired so we didn't have access to that. We would've rated it a 5 stars except for the fact that the map indicated that is was very close to the beach, walking distance. that's why we chose that location. However it was over 30 min walk down and up hill to get to the beach with hardly any sidewalks and very narrow roads making it difficult to walk. You would definitely need a car.

Cathrin’s apartment was lovely and very well equipped. The ad said the complex had a gym which it did not. It also said 10 minutes from the beach walking which also was not true. My husband and I chose not to rent a car as we are not comfortable driving on the left side of the road. Fortunately we are avid walkers and did ok but a vehicle is definitely recommended. I would recommend Cathrin’s apartment to anyone who is comfortable renting a car. It is well decorated and the balcony was enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Good stay. The location map for this listing was not accurate. The map indicated the location was close to amenities and the boardwalk. It was not close to either.

Enjoyed our stay here at Spring Court. Nice and quiet. Pool was very nice. Neighbours were quiet also.

Great property. Easy access to beach and restaurants and groceries

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It's beautifully maintained with a balcony and nice pool area. It's about 20 minutes walk from the nearest shops and Accra beach so it really adds to your experience if you hire a car. Cathrin and her agent, Brian, were extremely well-organised and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend (and I hope to go back some time)

My wife and I are from Michigan USA and prefer to holiday in Feb/March to escape a little from our snow and cold weather. This was our first trip to Barbados and it was fabulous. We rented a car so we had our mobility and really got a sense of the diverse geography and culture. Many wonderful restaurants and beaches. Too many to mention (Shaker's, Mama Mias, Uncle George's in Oisten and The Cliff, etc). Rockley beach is one of the best on the island and is only two kilometers away. Cathrin's villa was truly a home 'Away from Home' - it is on the second floor in a very quiet neighborhood.

The apartment was clean and cosy felt just like home. Beautifully decorated with a lovely balcony. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony having coffee and seeing the monkeys and roosters on our walks into town. The walk down to the beach was our daily ritual. The beaches in Barbados are spectacular. It was a little bit further than we expected and missed having a grocery store near by. It required a bit of planning everyday. However, we found out much to late that you could call in and they would deliver groceries. They also have a service which drives you home as well which is free but you can sometimes wait over 30minutes for a ride. The home is Easily accessible to transportation that gets you anywhere you want to go on the island. The fare is $2.00. The access to the swimming pool was great and I enjoyed it on a few occasions. Would highly recommend as a great place to stay. Cathrin thank you for sharing your beautiful place.
