Stayed Apr 15, 2024Very neat. Liked the spaciousness with limited furniture. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings. (Because of recent knee issue , I would have done better with something on the first floor. I did not realize in the ad that it was 3rd floor. But it worked okay. )

Stayed Jul 4, 2023This was a nice 1 br place to stay, generally had what you would expect for a rental property and was clean, Tim was easy to communicate with. One small improvement would be to ditch the plastic plates and bowls for actual basic porcelain ware or something safe to heat up on in the microwave.

Stayed Mar 25, 2023The property was clean neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly the apartment itself was clean top notch no complaints. Everything work just took a while to figure out how to operate the shower. Maybe a little note/directions for the next renters. Besides that my stay was great and relaxing. I will love to return that to this property.
