Upscale Downtown Studio w/ Private Deck, Full Kitchen, No Stairs

Reserved this property initially but host contacted me a week or so before our stay was to begin and told me this property was no longer available. Host offered full refund or stay next door. I noticed from next door listing we were losing a bedroom and a second story deck which we had been very excited to use. When I pointed the loss of the bedroom and deck, Host offered to discount the stay at the property next door which was acceptable. Place was easy to get into, clean, and nicely appointed. No complaints except (1) the inside pane of a double-paned window was a broken (Host said window had been broken by a storm which I don't think could have happened since it was the inside pane) and (2) none of the streaming aps on the tv worked (Host offered to come by and log in to them in person). Notwithstanding those issues, Host was very easy to communicate with and we would rent this property again. Great place and cannot beat the location.

This is a great property in the heart of downtown. I wish I could have spent more time to enjoy it!

So perfect... spacious, clean, comfortable, cute, affordable. Will most definitely stay here again. I loved the space!

My husband and I stayed in this perfectly well- curated and well-equipped condo on 4th Street iclose to restaurants, shops, and architectural treasures. Columbus is a gem and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as listed. It was well stocked with towels, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. There are plenty of good restaurant options in walking distance and it is only a block away from the visitor center.

This place was perfect. Very clean. Owner was very responsive though we had no issues. Great location. Highly recommend!

Took a short trip to see Columbus architecture. Property was in a great location near restaurants and the Visitors Center (for tour check-in). It was quiet, spacious and modern. Kitchen was well equipped and we even enjoyed the deck (with our blankets). Only issue for me was that the bed was a tad on the firm side

We made a quick trip to Columbus to see my mom. This was the perfect place to unwind and relax. It was so comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Its much more spacious than we had anticipated. The deck would've been great if the weather was in our favor. Would definitely reccomend this place if you are in town for just a couple days or long term
